Dr. Kittrell and his office manager Shelia are both so helpful and caring. Dr. Kittrell is the first vet out of three and months of treatments to recognize my mare did not have COPD, but something drastically worse. He takes great care of my new mare, and is always willing to come out and take time with me and her. His prices are always fair as well.

A Nightmare! New South doesn't travel to my farm in Lawrenceville, so I set up an appointment at a friend's farm in Covington, Ga. Both the vet and his secretary approved the address. After work, I hopped in the car, ran to my farm and loaded both horses on my trailer as they were getting their shots, coggins, dewormer, and floating of the teeth. I called the office when we got there, and the secretary canceled our appointment because she was under the impression that there was no electricity and lights at the farm; however, she was misinformed. There was a double garage with electricity, lights, and water. I asked her why she canceled my appointment without speaking to me first? Since the Vet was under the impression that he wasn't floating the horses teeth which was $200 for both horses, they canceled 4 hours before the appointment. I'm assuming it was because they wouldn't be making as much money. I asked if they could still meet with us since we were already there and they said NO! We called 6 other vets around the area with no luck! $40 in gas and 5 hours later, we got home. I'm still shocked at the way they handled the entire situation. I wouldn't recommend this kind of care to anyone!!!
