Excellent equine veterinarians. Emergency and routine vet care. Mobile and onsite. Exceptional lameness and repro services. I’ve ridden and competed in several disciplines for over 50 years. I highly recommend Dr Barrow and her staff.

I can’t say enough great things about this team. They go above and beyond with helping your horse and they educate you with every situation you may have.
My horses love them all and we do too!
Thank you for everything you do to keep our fur babies happy and healthy 🐎♥️

Some years ago I was running a breeding business with my horses. Dr Barrow was assigned by the vet clinic owner to my mare's case and was the only vet who serviced her while I was attempting to breed her for the third time. At the end of that season after I had repeatedly driven to the clinic to pick up hormone shots so that I could ship semen, and the hormone shots were not left out for me, repeated episodes of no response from Dr Barrow regarding the size of the follicle or how my mare was doing, or what I needed to do, I had spent in excess of $4,000 trying to get the mare in foal.
At the end of the season, Dr Barrow "cleaned" up my mare with whatever medications are supposed to be used so that she would be disease-free until the following season. The following season, having decided to use another vet to get the mare in foal, he discovered he could not even get his hand into the mare's vagina.
Upon a second examination and subsequent trip to the University of Georgia, it was discovered that her vagina and uterus had been badly scalded. The vagina was sealed with scar tissue, and the U. Ga. vet had to tear his way into the vagina. The vet at U. Ga. took pictures of the extreme scarring in order to use it as a teaching tool.
No other vet touched my mare during the time Dr. Barrow was her fertility vet. The mare's uterus and vagina were so badly scarred that she was thereafter unusable as a broodmare. I had people waiting for her foals.
I do not recommend this vet for anything. She was non-communicative during my attempts to ship semen in for the mare in order to breed her, about her checks of the follicle size, and never informed me about any test, exam or treatment, even after I repeatedly left messages with her staff, left voicemails, and sent multiple faxes. This mare had had two prior foals, she was approved by the Hanoverian Society to breed and register her foals, and her first offspring was the high scoring mare at her inspection. She was now useless to me. This greatly damaged any hopes I had to breed quality sport horses.

Bad vets! They were to scared to even put a thermometer in my horse yet say that they performed a health exam. I was given 2 used open bottles of medication and one sealed and unused. They billed my card on file before they even gave me a invoice of charges for what i was being paid for. Then received a receipt by email. If you want to be charged for services you didn't receive because they keep your credit card on file and bad service from these so called vets you will get screwed.

After trying every single vet in the area, we feel so lucky to have found Dr Barrow. I had a horse that could barely walk and by the time Dr Barrow left she was so much better. She listens to you and does an amazing job! HIGHLY recommended and have moved all 12 of our horses to her care. She’s AWESOME!
